Through IMPRO, Aruzhan is on a mission to bridge the gap between education and industry demands by providing comprehensive training and preparing talented IT specialists for future employment in major companies. With a forward-thinking approach, she equips young professionals with the skills, knowledge, and real-world experience necessary to excel in the competitive IT sector.

"One of our core principles at IMPRO is to empower young individuals to embrace their potential and unleash their creativity. We believe in nurturing a growth mindset and providing a supportive learning environment that allows them to thrive and innovate," Aruzhan explains.

Another groundbreaking initiative Aruzhan had worked on is the "Atlas of New Professions," a consulting service that conducts extensive research across various regions of Kazakhstan. By analyzing emerging trends and labor market dynamics, Aruzhan and her team identify the professions that will be in high demand in the country over the next decade or so. During her college years, Aruzhan actively engaged in the "Change the World Model United Nations" (CWMUN) program. This conference, held annually in different countries, brings together students and schoolchildren from around the world to discuss pressing global issues and propose innovative solutions. Aruzhan's active participation in these conferences broadened her perspective on global challenges and nurtured her passion for creating meaningful change.
