Ms. Nurlyaiym Zhaksybayeva is an accomplished Public Policy Researcher with a Master’s degree and a fervent commitment to impactful policy development. With extensive experience in government think-tanks and academic institutions, Nurlyaiym has specialized in diverse areas such as international trade, circular entrepreneurship, and regional development. Having successfully managed projects on the export of goods, Nurlyaiym has led strategic initiatives in trade in services and played a pivotal role in international trade agreement negotiations. Demonstrating a commitment to evidence-based policies, Nurlyaiym has contributed significantly through articles, policy papers, and book chapters, all aimed at enhancing social welfare and economic growth. Renowned for analytical prowess, Nurlyaiym excels in distilling insights from complex data and presenting them with clarity. Always in pursuit of new challenges, she is driven to apply expertise in making a positive impact on society. Currently, Nurlyaiym is also studying MSc Environment and Development at the London School of Economics and Political Science as a Chevener scholar. Her research interests are related to circular economy, circular entrepreneurship, international trade and environment.
