I have trained and educated +400 startup entrepreneurs, +1500 people on business mindset topics in 15 regions of Kazakhstan, and +600 people through online training and webinars. After graduation from University, I was the head of women entrepreneurs' centres in Kazakhstan with 20 local offices all over the country funded by the ADB. Then in February 2023, I became the chairperson of the Association of Business-trainers and we launched various programmes with my team (70 business trainers). Also, I work with Imperial College London on research in the women's entrepreneurship field in order to bring long-lasting effects in terms of gender equity issues, such as violence and abuse of women in their families. Statistics reports every year 100 000 men attack women or 11 men attack every hour. Entrepreneurship helps women to be financially independent and this opens new opportunities for them. During 2023, I prepared a mentorship programme for women entrepreneurs and my team provided knowledge and mentorship for 450 women entrepreneurs. They develop business skills and scale their small businesses. This programme we launch with support of Imperial College London PhD students and professors. Also in 2023, we did 2 social projects for people from rural areas in my country to help them start businesses from home. One project we did in 6 regions of Kazakhstan and helped 350 people to work and earn money from home. It was a project for families who have children with special needs and families with 4 or more children who have limited annual income. The second project was for young people who want to start a business. We provide training, and mentorship for 200 people and 1,000,000 tenge funding to buy equipment for the first-start to winners of the competition (28 people).
