NURCE and the Business Trainers Association: Where Research Meets Practice
Across 2025, NURCE, in partnership with the Business Trainers Association of Kazakhstan, curated a series of learning spaces that moved beyond technical training. Held across multiple cities and dates, these sessions were designed as points of pause and recalibration, where entrepreneurship met leadership, emotional intelligence, health, ethics, and long-term thinking.
Sessions included topics such as:
"Emotional Intelligence for Women Entrepreneurs"
"Leadership in Preschool Education"
"Financial Thinking for Women Entrepreneurs"
Participants engaged with tools for emotional intelligence, financial decision-making, leadership during uncertain times, values-based strategy, and sustainable thinking. For women entrepreneurs especially, the sessions reinforced that growth does not require exhaustion, and leadership does not require detachment from care, family, or self.
The aim was simple and ambitious at once: to strengthen entrepreneurship by strengthening the human beings behind it.
