Intensive Session on Business Strategy at NURCE

The Nazarbayev University Research Centre for Entrepreneurship (NURCE), in collaboration with the Business Trainers Association, held an intensive session on Business Strategy with expert Renat Karibai.

The event took place at Nazarbayev University and served as a platform for rethinking how businesses can build strategies not only for short-term gains but also for sustainable development.

Participants—business owners and executives—received practical tools and immediately discussed their application in real cases. Questions about strategic sessions, the implementation of Kaizen, and the search for new growth models turned the meeting into a lively dialogue, allowing each company to find its own path toward more effective and sustainable operations.
