Nazira Syzdykova is Project Manager at the folowong large government-level events such as Astana Economic Forum (2012 - 2019), G-Global, Global Silk Road Mayors Forum, International Exhibition EXPO-2017, AgroSummit, NASA Conference, as well as the following social projects: Registry of Charitable organizations of Kazakhstan, Organization and awarding of "Award for NGOs" and "Zhomart Zhurek" projects.

Nazira Syzdykova is a Project Manager at the Nazarbayev University’s Research Centre for Entrepreneurship (NURCE). Earlier Nazira worked at the NGO "Menin Atamekenim (social project of NCE "Atameken" as a project manager and was responsible for the implementation of social projects, took part in the work on the draft law "On Charity". She also worked for the G-Global International Secretariat for about 10 years - where she went was responsible for the direction of GR (with many state bodies, quasi-sector organisations), led projects with leading universities in the country, and also cooperated with the media.

Moreover she worked at the International Green Technologies Centre and Investment projects, where she organised webinars with experts in environmental audit, green technologies and the environmental code of Kazakhstan.
