Alua Nurbayeva is a Senior Lecturer of Business School at JSC KBTU (Kazakh-British University), Kazakhstan and Founder/Director Language school Native Language Solutions Ltd. Her majors are: Risk management, Investments, Finance, Corporate finance, Business planning and Consultancy.
She works with local business, which include a Corporate English language and Business Planning consultancy service, entrepreneurship incubators, and consulting services and training to local start-ups and SME’s. She also currently a member of an international research group, who are preparing a research article titled “Exploring the institutional Constraints Restricting the Growth and Development of Entrepreneurship and SMEs I Kazakhstan”. Her co-researchers are Dr. Grahame Fallon (Nottingham University), Dr. Ken Charman (CamEd Business School, Phnom Penh), and Dr. Yan Wang (Nottingham University).
She has 15 years of works experience, where she was working in varous corporate places as «BTA Bank» JSC , The University of Brighton’s International College (The UK), CARMA International Ltd (The UK), “Smart Agro Karkara” JSC and other companies.
