Nurlyaiym Zhaksybayeva
Research Assistant
Nurlyaiym Zhaksybayeva is a research assistant at Nazarbayev University’s
Research Center for Entrepreneurship (NURCE).
She has over five years of research experience in public policy area, specifically
in business climate, trade policy, regional and urban policy. She worked at the
governmental think-tanks such as QazTrade and QazIndustry. Nurlyaiym was
an expert of the Industry Change Management Program of the Government of
Kazakhstan (2020). Also she was an academic associate at Nazarbayev
University’s Graduate School of Business.
Nurlyaiym has a master’s degree in public policy from Nazarbayev University
(2016).
