Nurlykhan Aljanova

Senior Lecturer at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University
She holds a PhD in Cultural Studies and a Master's degree in Religious Studies from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
Her research focuses on the Kazakh Identity, Creative Industry, Cultural and Religious Entrepreneurship, and Religious Studies. Along with several published articles on Religion and Entrepreneurship, Semiotic Aspects of Kazakh Traditional Culture, she co-authored some books on Cultural Monuments and Symbols.
She is an Editorial Board Member of the Eurasian Journal of Religious Studies, Bulletin of Indonesian Islamic Studies Acted as a Research Fellow at the Qazaq Research Insitute for Future Studies (2019-2020), Secretary of the High Qualification Committee of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2018-2021), Deputy Head on Science, Innovations and International Cooperation (2016-2022). Nurlykhan had research internships and served as visiting professor at Madrid Complutense University within project One Asia Foundation. The One Asia Community in Cross-cultural dialogue with Europe II.
