Emin Askerov has been a dynamic force in advancing opportunities for individuals with disabilities since 2015 through his social enterprise, GreenTAL. He has pioneered inclusive employment, creating over 3,000 sustainable jobs for marginalized communities across Kazakhstan and beyond.
Askerov has designed and delivered 700+ training sessions on leadership, social impact, and inclusion in countries including Russia, India, and South Korea, among others. His innovative methodologies have influenced policies and practices, engaging key stakeholders like the Ministry of Labor and private sector organizations, reinforcing his commitment to building an inclusive society.
