The international academic workshop “Entrepreneurship and Social Change in Central Asia, South Caucasus, and Eastern Europe: Decolonization, Identities, and Empowerment,” organized by Nazarbayev University's Research Centre for Entrepreneurship (NURCE), aims to explore how entrepreneurship serves as a force for social change in post-Soviet regions.
Through keynote speeches, case studies, and discussions, the workshop will examine the intersection of
entrepreneurship, identity, and decolonization, emphasizing cultural preservation, empowerment, and resistance to colonial legacies. Topics include:
