Research Assistant and Marketing Manager

Ainur Alibayeva joins NURCE as a Research Assistant and Marketing Manager, bringing extensive experience in tourism, hospitality, and business research. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Cultural Studies at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, focusing on cross-cultural communication models in tourism.

Ainur has a strong professional background in the travel and hospitality sector, having worked at KazTour LTD, Travel Express LTD, and Sayat Travel LTD, where she specialized in corporate travel management, event coordination, and airline operations. Her expertise extends to global distribution systems such as Amadeus and Sabre.

Her research interests align with NURCE’s vision, particularly in sustainable tourism, entrepreneurship, and cultural studies. She brings an interdisciplinary approach to business and tourism research, aiming to bridge academia with real-world applications.

At NURCE, Ainur will contribute to research projects, marketing strategies, and outreach initiatives, leveraging her analytical skills and international experience to support the team’s goals.
