A Joyous Reunion for NURCE

It was a day of delightful surprises and heartfelt reunions at Nazarbayev University as we unexpectedly gathered with cherished members of our extended NURCE family. The impromptu assembly brought together our beloved colleagues Nurlykhan and Kate, who have recently relocated back to Almaty and Moscow, respectively.
Amidst the vibrant backdrop of the university's bustling atrium, adorned with displays of art and local craftsmanship, we were also graced with the presence of Professor Madina Kossay from SDU University, Almaty. Professor Kossay has been an integral part of our academic journey, contributing her expertise as a presenter at the DAAD conference in 2024 and participating in our annual NURCE conferences.
Adding to the richness of the gathering was Shakhzada, a prominent entrepreneur from Astana, whose support has been pivotal in advancing NURCE's initiatives. Her presence reminded us of the powerful impact of community and collaboration in driving entrepreneurial and educational success.
This reunion not only rekindled old friendships but also reinforced our commitment to nurturing connections that transcend geographical boundaries. It was a reminder of how our shared experiences and efforts continue to weave a tapestry of support and inspiration across the academic and entrepreneurial communities.
As we shared stories and updates, laughter and ideas, it was evident that no matter where life takes us, the bonds formed through NURCE remain strong and ever-vibrant. Here’s to more unexpected reunions and the enduring spirit of collaboration!
