Offline Networking “Financial Thinking for Women Entrepreneurs”: October 4, 2025

On October 4, 2025, an offline networking session was held at Nazarbayev University, organized by the Nazarbayev University Research Centre for Entrepreneurship (NURCE) in collaboration with the Business Trainers Association.

The event brought together women for whom financial literacy is not just about numbers, but about sustainability, awareness, and the development of their own enterprises.

The program featured two key components:

The first was a training titled “The Power of Proactive Thinking in Financial Literacy”, led by Aigerim Tarbagataeva, Doctoral Researcher at Nazarbayev University and an expert in business systematization and scaling. The speaker demonstrated how mindset directly shapes financial outcomes and why the ability to act proactively has become an essential skill for today’s women entrepreneurs.

The second component was an interactive training game, “Financial Laboratory”, conducted by Anna Ivoilova, financial expert, accountant, and business trainer of the Business Trainers Association. This dynamic and engaging session became a highlight of the program.

Through live gameplay, participants took on the roles of strategists, analyzed financial decisions, and explored optimal approaches to resource allocation. Lively discussions, emotions, and unexpected insights turned the exercise into a genuine platform for sharing experiences and practical ideas.

The session took place in an atmosphere of trust and professional dialogue. Each participant left not only with new tools for managing their finances but also with a renewed sense of confidence — the understanding that the sustainability of a business begins with a sustainable mindset.
