Developed by NURCE, the program draws on the philosophy of Abai Kunanbay to offer a different model of entrepreneurial growth — one that places ethics, responsibility, and long-term value at its core.
The program aims to cultivate leaders who see sustainability not as a trend or reporting requirement, but as a way of thinking and acting. Its vision is ambitious but grounded: to strengthen micro, small, and medium-sized businesses by rooting entrepreneurship in cultural wisdom, ethical leadership, and conscious decision-making.
This is especially critical for those who are often excluded from traditional business education — women entrepreneurs, young founders, and entrepreneurs with disabilities.
