Tolyq Adam Program — Philosophy, goals, and 2025 results (400+ participants, 5 cities)

Tolyq Adam: Entrepreneurship with a Human Center

What if business education did not begin with profit, but with purpose? The Tolyq Adam training program was created around this question. Developed by NURCE, the program draws on the philosophy of Abai Kunanbay to offer a different model of entrepreneurial growth — one that places ethics, responsibility, and long-term value at its core.
The program aims to cultivate leaders who see sustainability not as a trend or reporting requirement, but as a way of thinking and acting. Its vision is ambitious but grounded: to strengthen micro, small, and medium-sized businesses by rooting entrepreneurship in cultural wisdom, ethical leadership, and conscious decision-making.
This is especially critical for those who are often excluded from traditional business education — women entrepreneurs, young founders, and entrepreneurs with disabilities.
"We demonstrate that sustainability is not a constraint, but a driver of growth. When business is grounded in integrity and care, it earns not only profit, but trust." — Aigerim Tarbagatayeva, Head of the Association of Business Trainers and Tolyq Adam trainer
