Practical assignments and simulations helped participants build greater confidence in their management decisions and develop a more long-term approach to business planning.
Key Results:
• Greater focus on business resilience and consistency in management decisions;
• Increased interest in integrating ethical principles into day-to-day business operations;
• Greater confidence among participants in their entrepreneurial capabilities;
• Growing demand for tools supporting long-term business development.
Feedback of Participants:
Elvera Utepbaeva: “I had been looking forward to this training for a long time. I saw on Instagram how the program was held in Astana, and I was very happy that the Master Training was also brought to our region. Everything was at the highest level, from the experts’ preparation to the training materials and workbooks — all of this was extremely valuable. I especially enjoyed the games and practical assignments; they really help you think differently and try new things. This program gave me access to knowledge from top experts in the field of business education.”

Symbat Taibukenova: “The program was very engaging and interesting. There was no boring theory — everything was based on practice. I particularly valued the sessions by brand strategist Shakhzada Shogelbayeva and business trainers Aigerim Tarbagatayeva and Zhanar Kulzhanova. I learned how to build a business with heart and genuine attention to people. It was also very valuable that participants supported one another. The high level of organization demonstrated the professionalism of the entire Master Training team.”
