Karaganda: Systematic Thinking, Responsibility, and Strategic Vision
The Karaganda cohort was characterized by a strong focus on systematic thinking and strategic management. Participants sought to explore Abai’s philosophy as a foundation for developing long-term business strategies and management models.
During the training, particular attention was given to leadership responsibility, decision-making, and building sustainable teams. Discussions and practical exercises contributed to a more holistic understanding of business as a system that affects people, communities, and the future.
• Development of strategic thinking and a systematic approach to business management;
• Greater understanding of a leader’s responsibility toward their team and social environment;
• Increased interest in implementing values-based management practices;
• Strong demand for further programs combining philosophy and business.
Feedback of Participants:
Almagul Abayeva: “It was a very warm and, at the same time, highly useful training. Asel Muratova’s session on emotional intelligence really resonated with me. There was a lot of practical work and real-life and business examples. I would also like to highlight the organization of the training: everything ran smoothly and on schedule, with no rush, and it was clear that every detail had been carefully planned.”
Aigul Kakimzhanova: “This training was very timely and interesting for me and many of my colleagues. I also think it is important that the program was free and therefore accessible to people with disabilities, young people, and aspiring entrepreneurs like myself. I appreciated the safe and supportive atmosphere. The organization was at a high level: a convenient format, clear structure, and attention to participants. It was clear that our time and needs were respected.”
