Astana: Growing Scale and the Strength of Community
The second cohort of the program in Astana, held in November, became a natural continuation of the initiative and further confirmed the demand for this educational format. The training brought together a larger number of participants representing a wide range of entrepreneurial fields. This diversity of experience and professional backgrounds enhanced the value of group work and discussions.
The cohort was characterized by a high level of activity, openness, and engagement. From the first days, an atmosphere of meaningful interaction, mutual support, and collaboration emerged. Participants not only actively engaged in the program, but also built professional connections that continued to develop after the training. Entrepreneurs exchanged contacts and information, supported each other’s initiatives, and formed a strong professional community.
• Significant expansion of the entrepreneurial community and stronger professional connections among participants from different business sectors;
• High levels of engagement, teamwork, and exchange of experience;
• Formation of sustainable informal communities that continued interacting after the program;
• Confirmation of the program’s scalability and its potential as a platform for bringing entrepreneurs together around shared values and purpose.
Feedback of Participants:
Laura Azhbenova: “The training flew by. I really appreciated how everything was explained in simple language, without overloading us with complicated terminology. Working with Aidyn Izbasar was especially useful - many things about business finally fell into place, and I gained a clearer understanding of where to go next. I left with a sense of clarity and motivation. We need more training like this — it is so important for modern entrepreneurs!”
Lyazzat Baibullina: “For me, this training was a great reset. There was a lot of practical work, lively discussions, and real examples. With Ziza Akylbayeva, it was especially valuable to explore investment without fear or myths - everything was explained step by step and to the point. I really appreciated the supportive atmosphere.”
